• jobRole:

Responsible for day to day shift wise galvanizing plant operations. Responsible for shift wise production targets and priorities, Responsible for production planning and coordination with respective departments, Chemical Process maintenance, control, cleaning & documentation. Daily testing of all process chemicals and report generation. Inspection of black materials qualitatively as well as quantitatively.Checking & confirm with the checklist prior processing for galvanizing. Making suggestion for changes & improvements in process. Training to workers to maintain quality of products and safety precautions. Reviewing final product before sending for next process. Manpower handling & safety precautions. Organizing galvanized product movement to further process. Maintaining galvanizing consumable / chemicals, tools and tackles. Updating records and log book.Daily housekeeping and maintain 5S

• Salary Budget:

3 to 4 lakhs PA
