Job Responsibilities: - Able to control the Operations of more than 120000 spindles - To Handle Operations Techno-Commercial, strategy planning, Team Management - Effective Utilization of plant machineries, Budget, PPC, Utilities, Quality, Handling of plant operations per day capacity Utilities - To Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction. - To Set the MIS and Commercial Department for analyzing, monitoring and controlling all achievement as per requirement of Management. - To ensure Customer's satisfaction through quality improvement and timely delivery, departmental administration. - To ensure growth and development of staff member and workmen through training, introduction of different quality standard and system, liaison with marketing. A skilled strategist with success in devising efficient implementation of plans, ensuring efficiency & profitability of the company with goal oriented leader with integrity, interpersonal communication & analytical ability. , Plant operations, setting up of new projects, Up-gradation and De-bottlenecking., Supply Chain Management, PPC, Accounts, Commercial, Costing & MIS, HR & IR, Liaison. , Budgeting / Cost Management: Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Budgeting, Reviews & Controls., Managed the company with over 5000 work force from multiple locations. , Knowledge of SOP's.
