Achieve Production Targets, improve Production Efficiencies while ensuring Quality Standards, develop & implement Operational Procedures and foster a well-trained and motivated staff. He shall work under guidance of Executive Director. Fabrication as per approved design. Coordinate with concerned departments for compliance to Quality Norms. Keep & maintain WIP Norms. Allocate resources like Manpower Resources, Raw Materials, Equipment and Machinery to achieve the Production Targets
