Maintenance ( Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics) of Plant & Machinery and Utilities ,Data analysis on Fuel Efficiency, Refractory Life, Operations, SOPs, Experience in Hot Rolling Mill or metal industry. Experience in Structural Rolling Mill, Lean Management, SoP Implementation, Strategic Planning. Project Management Skills. Ability to analyze Complex manufacturing process data. Planning for Maintenance consumables, Reporting & updating to concerned person.Planning & execution of Preventive Maintenance Plans to minimize break down. Maintaining & reporting Checklists database for all equipments, breakdown analysis reports through RCA, any methodology etc., planning for anticipated maintenance of building & sheds etc. , Fuel Quality Assurance, Maintaining technical data & drawings for mill equipment & planning for planned maintenance. MIS , SOPs , Data Record Keeping , Audits , Reporting , Coordinate communication activities and results by publicizing goals, plans, progress and results.

• Salary Budget:

5 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs PA
