He is the Founder of Dear Sir Services. Pioneered the concept of Recruitment Consultation in 1990 in Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh region . He was a Meritorious student of RTM Nagpur University of MBA degree 1990 batch. RTM Nagpur University awarded him Doctor of Philosophy Degree ( Ph.D.) in Employment, in the year 2011. Recruitment Consultation has been a passionate profession for him. However, Employee Training is an another vertical he had started in 1996. Management consultation specially in the areas of Organisation Re-structuring, Developing Manpower Retention strategies, Business Development etc., are equally well appreciated activities undertaken by him. Since 1990 the count of job seekers at all levels benefited through DEAR SIR SERVICES can be counted in the multiple of Thousands. Hundreds are benefited through Individual Counseling on : Diagnosis of Career and resume re-structuring. He has supported many youth by helping them to start own business as an associate of DEAR SIR SERVICES . He has been regularly invited by Management Institutes to deliver speeches on employment and on some management topics. He wrote articles on Management/ Employment for Daily News Papers for almost 10 years . He is also an active social worker and giving his services as the President to an NGO : Forum for Education and Training (FET- NGO) . He was a National Level Player for Cycle Polo & awarded many times as the Best Player & also led the Team as a Caption. He is honoured by many social awards like Udyog Mitra Award by Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board Government of Maharashtra. Dr . Swati Padole has joined DEAR SIR SERVICES in the year 1996 and co-ordinated with big client companies for Recruitment and Training . She was college topper in MBA 2007 Batch. RTM Nagpur University awarded her Doctor of Philosophy Degree ( Ph.D.) in Entrepreneurship Development in the year 2016.

After achieving MBA Degree she has been regularly invited by many Management colleges as Visiting Faculty. She has served to reputed Management colleges like CIBMRD, PDIMTR , Agri Business Management College, GHIMR and few more management institutes.

She is also associated as an Expert Advisor and the Project Director to one of the well known NGO - NIWCYD and actively participated in many social projects specially focused on women empowerment, Skills Training & Livelihood Earning projects for youth supported by MAVIM , HCL Foundation etc. She is also associated with Forum for Education and Training an NGO as the Secretary.

She is honoured by many social awards like “ Kartuvawan Mahila Award “ by Govt. of Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board on Women’s Day 2009. She Wrote some articles on Management Topics for Daily The Hitawada & Tarun Bharat.
